Terms & Conditions – jpbray

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout all clauses unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the individual registered player account created by you on the jpbray platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, cashback amounts, or reward points credited to your Account under a promotional offer, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Game" means any casino game, sports betting market, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, live dealer table, esports market, or other wagering product offered through the platform.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole transaction currency supported on jpbray.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required under our licensing obligations and anti-money laundering policy.
• "Platform" means the jpbray website accessible at https://jpbray.cam and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x).
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or forbidden by applicable law, including jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly criminalised.

To register and maintain an Account on jpbray, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your Account remains open:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jpbray strictly enforces the minimum age requirement applicable to the Indonesian market. Users found to be under 21 will have their accounts closed and any funds held pending investigation.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your place of residence before registering.
• You must not already hold an active Account on the Platform. jpbray permits one Account per person, per household, and per device. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at our discretion, and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of jpbray or any affiliated entity, game provider, or payment partner.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from the Platform for any reason.

When creating an Account on jpbray, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields. Specifically, you agree to the following:

1. Accurate Information: All registration details — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and bank account information — must be truthful and consistent with your government-issued identity documents.
2. Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account. Any additional accounts detected will be flagged as duplicates and subject to closure. Balances in duplicate accounts may be voided without prior notice.
3. Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jpbray will never request your password via email, chat, or telephone. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Account Responsibility: You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, except in cases of proven platform-side security breach attributable to jpbray.
5. Updates: You must promptly notify jpbray of any change to your registered information, particularly changes to your bank account details or residential address, to ensure accurate payment processing.

jpbray is required under its international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) policies to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process may also be triggered at our discretion at any point during an Account's lifetime.

The following documents are typically required for standard verification:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian national identity card (e-KTP) or passport. The document must be current, unaltered, and clearly legible in its photographic submission.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your identity document alongside a handwritten note displaying the current date and "jpbray" — taken on the day of submission.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last 90 days confirming your residential address as registered on the Account.
• Source of Funds: In cases where cumulative deposits exceed thresholds defined by our AML policy, you may be required to provide evidence of the legitimate source of your funds (e.g., salary slips, business documentation).

Documents are reviewed within 1–24 hours during business days. jpbray may request additional documentation at its sole discretion. Withdrawal requests will be held in pending status until KYC is fully approved.

5.1 Deposits. jpbray accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise. jpbray does not accept deposits via third-party accounts — the depositing bank account must be registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the bank account registered on your verified Account. jpbray does not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts, e-wallets registered under different names, or cryptocurrency wallets. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply based on your account tier; contact support for current tier-specific limits.

5.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times are indicative and subject to operational factors:

• Bronze Tier members: 12–24 hours
• Silver Tier members: 6–12 hours
• Gold Tier (VIP) members: 1–6 hours

5.4 Fees. jpbray does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals at the platform level. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transfer or transaction fees at their own discretion — jpbray bears no liability for such charges.

5.5 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your bank or payment provider in relation to any deposit made to jpbray constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jpbray reserves the right to immediately suspend your Account, freeze your balance, and pursue recovery of any funds successfully reversed through a chargeback.

jpbray offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific conditions published at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard Welcome Bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. Specific multipliers for other promotions are disclosed in the individual offer terms.
• Game Contribution: Slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live dealer table games contribute 10–20% depending on the variant. Certain game categories (e.g., virtual sports) may contribute 0%. Full contribution tables are published on the Promotions page.
• Maximum Bet While Bonus Is Active: While a bonus is active in your account, the maximum permitted bet is Rp 50,000 per round or spin. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are present may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Validity Period: Bonuses expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not met within the validity period stated in the offer. Standard validity is 30 days from the date of crediting.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Abuse Prevention: jpbray res erves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or coordinated exploitation of promotional terms is detected.
• Seasonal Promotions: jpbray regularly offers seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). These promotions carry their own specific terms and are valid only for the advertised duration.

7.1 General. All games available on jpbray are governed by the individual rules of each game as published within the game interface or relevant help section. In all cases of conflict between general platform rules and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters relating to that game's mechanics and outcomes.

7.2 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, MotoGP (Mandalika circuit), and esports events — are subject to the following conditions:

• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed.
• Mix parlay (accumulator betting combining multiple selections) bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to pay out. A single incorrect selection voids the entire parlay return.
• Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets apply handicap adjustments to the final score. The specific handicap and its application are displayed at the time of bet placement and cannot be altered once confirmed.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to platform availability and network latency. jpbray bears no responsibility for bets not accepted due to connection issues on the player's side.
• jpbray reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where verifiable evidence of match-fixing, result manipulation, or data feed errors exists.

7.3 Casino Games. All RNG-based casino games on jpbray use certified random number generation technology. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee outcomes in individual sessions. Live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live are governed by the respective studio's game rules as displayed within the live stream interface.

7.4 Togel Markets. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from officially published draw outcomes of the respective markets (SGP, HK, SDY). jpbray bears no responsibility for discrepancies in results caused by delays in official draw publication.

7.5 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, erroneous odds display, system error, or game interruption, jpbray reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. Winnings resulting from manifest errors — including but not limited to incorrect odds, software bugs, or data feed failures — are not payable and will be voided.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jpbray platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating, accessing, or attempting to access any account other than your own registered Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive game format.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, game bugs, or system errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported immediately and will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform to conceal the origins of illegally obtained funds.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or operating as an unlicensed agent accepting wagers from other individuals through your Account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jpbray support staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Circumventing self-exclusion measures by creating new accounts or accessing the Platform through proxy servers or VPNs after having self-excluded.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without prior written consent from jpbray.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Use the jpbray brand name, logo, or associated marks in any commercial context, advertising material, or third-party website without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or digital medium.

Unauthorised use of jpbray's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jpbray's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jpbray expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their own login credentials.
• Losses arising from game outcomes, which are inherently subject to chance and uncertainty.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party banks, e-wallet providers, or payment networks (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja).
• Any tax liability arising from winnings in the player's jurisdiction of residence. Players are solely responsible for understanding and fulfilling any tax obligations applicable to their gambling winnings.

12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting jpbray support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (less any pending bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered bank account following successful KYC verification, if not already completed.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by jpbray. jpbray reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Chargeback initiated by the player against jpbray.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies — see below).

12.3 Dormant Accounts. An Account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. jpbray will notify you via your registered email address 30 days before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rp 25,000. If the balance reaches zero, the Account will be closed. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jpbray is incorporated and licensed for international operations.

In the event of a dispute between you and jpbray that cannot be resolved through our standard support channels, you agree to first attempt resolution through our internal dispute resolution process by writing to [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint. jpbray will respond to formal complaints within 10 business days.

If a dispute remains unresolved following the internal process, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect proprietary rights or prevent irreparable harm.

You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. jpbray makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use in your specific location.

jpbray reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their Account at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at https://jpbray.cam/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
